Bonnie Doone has it all - fabulous views, access to the coast, peace, tranquility - and even a playhouse for the kids! This is the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday on Waiheke Island.

This fabulously house gets all day sun. There is a lovely deck to sit & enjoy the views on, or a central courtyard with a spa pool. The large lawn is perfect for children to play on, you have access down a path to the coast, or wander down the road to the gorgeous Picnic Bay.

The large open plan kitchen, dining & living areas are well set up with everything you need for your holiday. The wood burner will keep you cosy in winter, and the kitchen is well equipped for catering for families.

Along the hall are the master bedroom, with ensuite, a further queen bedroom as well as the family bathroom. Stairs beside the front door take you up to the large family room - with a queen bed & twin singles. This has lots of toys to keep the kids busy, and also has a heat pump so is cool in summer & warm in winter.

Bonnie Doon is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk along the road to the lovely Picnic Bay beach, which has all tide swimming & a pontoon. The property has two kayaks which you are welcome to use. The property is centrally located in Surfdale, there's only 2 minutes drive to two local wineries, 8 minutes drive to Oneroa Village with lovely shops, cafes, library & close to coastal walkways.

Please note that the access to the coast mean that we ask you to please keep a good eye on children.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Max 6 adults unless a family group.

Each stay incurs a $275 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Please note that prices are based on 6 people. Extra adults will be charged at $25pppn and $15 pppn for kids.
