Winter Promotion Stay 3 Nights, Pay for 2 – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview

Book a qualifying winter getaway and stay for three (3) nights while only paying for two (2) nights. The complimentary night will be the lowest-priced night within the qualifying three-night stay.

Promotion Period

  • The promotion applies to eligible bookings made and stayed between 8 June 2026 and 30 September 2026 (inclusive).
  • Both the booking date and stay date must fall within the promotion period.

Eligibility

  • Guests must book a minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights.
  • The promotion is only available at participating properties.
  • Not all properties managed by our company are included in this promotion.
  • The promotion is subject to property availability at the time of enquiry and booking.
  • Each eligible booking is entitled to a maximum of one (1) complimentary night under this promotion.

How the Promotion Works

  • For eligible three-night stays, guests will only be charged for the two highest-priced nights.
  • The lowest-priced night within the qualifying stay will be complimentary.
  • Cleaning fees, service fees, booking fees, security deposits, and any additional charges remain payable in full and are not discounted under this promotion.

Booking Requirements

  • The promotion is not automatically applied to advertised rates or online bookings.
  • Guests must request the promotion before confirming and paying for their booking.
  • The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or completed bookings.
  • A revised quote reflecting the promotional discount will be provided where applicable.

Exclusions

  • Public holiday periods and public holiday weekends are excluded from this promotion.
  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher, or special rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Group bookings, corporate bookings, and long-term stays may be excluded at the discretion of management.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Standard booking, cancellation, and refund policies continue to apply.
  • Any changes to booking dates may result in the promotion no longer being applicable.
  • If a booking is amended and no longer meets the promotion requirements, the discount may be removed and standard rates applied.

General Conditions

  • The promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at any time without notice.
  • Management reserves the right to determine eligibility for the promotion and to decline applications that do not meet the stated criteria.
  • By making a booking under this promotion, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
