This villa is privately owned but located within Waiheke Island Resort at 4 Bay Road, Palm Beach. Access to resort facilities is not included but can be arranged at additional cost, subject to availability:

• Pool & Spa Access: $10 per person/day (check with resort reception before arrival)

• Mini Golf: $10 per person (subject to availability)
