The main house is set over 3 levels, steps lead you up past the pool & into an inviting shuttered conservatory.  This has magnificent views and gets amazing sun in the afternoon & evening, an ideal place to watch the sun set, or enjoy a fine wine in front of a blazing fire. Bi-fold doors open onto the large open plan dining room & kitchen.  A few steps take you up to the living area, with a huge couch and a smart TV, perfect for curling up & watching movies.  On this level are 2 large bedrooms & a luxurious bathroom, both opening onto a deck with a dining table.   There is also a spa pool & sauna to the back of the conservatory.

Upstairs from this level is a large ensuite bedroom with a private deck & stunning views.

Downstairs from the dining area (and also accessible from outside) is a self contained unit with splittable king bed with ensuite and TV. 

To the front of the property, and accessed from the side of the pool deck, is a luxurious Penthouse Suite.  This has spectacular views, a deck, a fabulous bathroom (with standalone bath), a couch & TV and tea & coffee making facilities. 

And as well as all this, there is a Media room under under the pool deck!  It has a projector, and lovely comfortable couches..this is the perfect spot for a movie night!

Located at Omiha, Tihi Lodge is just 15 minutes drive from Oneroa and the ferries.  The property is very private, and is surrounded by native bush.  There are various lovely walks from the property, and Rocky Bay beach is a 15 minute walk away.  There are many lovely wineries & beaches within 10 minutes drive.

Your booking includes all quality linen. All stays incur a one time exit cleaning cost of $350 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
