Feathers Nest

Feathers Nest is a stunning holiday house that won the 2021 Auckland Architecture Awards. Surrounded by lush bush, this beautifully crafted home offers a serene escape with a deck that seamlessly connects the living room and dining area to the natural surroundings, allowing for all-day sunshine.

The house is thoughtfully designed with three bedrooms—on the first level there is a bedroom with an ensuite, and the kitchen and living area, and then there are two lower level with external access bedrooms and a separate bathroom.

For cozy evenings, there's an indoor fireplace, and the deck features a hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

Located just 6 minutes by car from Oneroa Bay and Woolworths supermarket, and only 9 minutes from Matiatia Ferry, Feathers Nest combines luxury with convenience, making it an ideal retreat.

There are external stairs to the separate lower level outside bedroom & bathroom so it's not suitable for small children. Note: You need to park on the street and go down a pathway with stairs before you arrive at the house.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Families & mature groups only.

Each stay incurs a $200 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

The nightly rate is based on 4 guests. Extra adults will be charge $50 pppn and $25 pppn for kids.
