The apartment features a spacious living room , a modern kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom with a super king-size bed and a Smart TV. The owner has already paid for Netflix and Apple TV so you can watch them freely.  Floor-to-ceiling windows of each space offer amazing views of the valley, beach and ocean.

The living room features a comfortable couch as well as a enteraining area, in which you can enjoy your drinking and chatting with friends.

The bathroom is a spa-like sanctuary, with a luxurious bathtub positioned to offer panoramic views of the bay. Relax in the tub and let the beauty of nature surround you, creating a truly wonderful experience.

Step outside onto the expansive deck, which is just facing the bay, you'll find outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. This outdoor space is perfect for soaking in the panoramic views and enjoying a dining time with the sounds of the ocean as your soundtrack.

While the owners live upstairs, you have your own private entrance and stairs leading down to your living space, ensuring you can come and go as you please without entering the owner's spaces. However, they are available to assist you with any needs or questions you may have during your stay.

For those looking to host a small gathering or enjoy a peaceful afternoon tea, a separate cabin is available nearby. This cabin, offered to you for free, provides a cozy and private space to relax.

You are close to some fabulous walks at Whakanewha Regional Park, as well as other lovely & deserted beaches.  Ostend is a mere 7 minutes drive away, and Oneroa & Onetangi a few minutes further.

Each stay incurs a $150 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
