This property has 2 great holiday cottages, a cute bach below and stylish home sitting above it high on the hill near Palm beach.  The 2 houses together is perfect for a larger family group, or group of friends wanting to be together!  And they are just a couple of minutes walk from the wonderful Palm beach.

Big Sister is at the top (Number 24) has a large sunny deck with lovely views across the valley.  The property sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, and is a good place for the whole group to gather together.   It is is very stylishly furnished & well set up, with a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a Nespresso machine. There is both indoor & outdoor living & dining areas.  It is eco-friendly, being an off the grid property.

Little Sister is below (Number 22), and is a quintessentially classic kiwi bach, which has has been recently renovated, and has both character and style.  It has a lovely flat lawn, and again a nice outdoor dining & living area.  

The houses are up a steep driveway, a short walk from the lovely Palm Beach - which many locals claim is the best beach on the island - but don't tell everyone!  There is also a store, a bottle shop & a great restaurant, Arcadia, as well as a great playground for the kids. So you rarely need to leave the area...just hide away in this little slice of paradise!

Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings.  

Each stay incurs a $300 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Love the units by Be Our Guest. If you have a party of ten this place is amazing. The top unit has amazing view and very clean. The lower unit is much smaller but very cozy and comfortable. there are dairy and ice cream shops short walk down the street. Palm Beach is also just down the corner and it's much less crowded than the other beaches.

We had an awesome stay here. It's beautifully decorated, spacious and surrounded by the amazing native bush. There was a big group of us and we all appreciated our own beds and privacy that came with having two separate places. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk which was a highlight. Something to note- there is a steep hill to walk up to get to both properties so it may not be as accessible for all. Perfect stay! Thank you!

The main house at the top is so beautiful and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for 8 of us. The smaller house down the driveway was very quirky! This place had a lovely covered outdoor area so this is where we all ate dinner when it rained. The location was amazing. The drive is steep, but if you stick to the side when driving up and down you can avoid scraping. There was so much bird life around which we really enjoyed. Showers were hot and strong which is always a bonus!

Lovely property and great location with the beach just minutes walk away! Was very clean and a comfortable place for our group to stay. Surrounded by trees and nature which was lovely to hear the birds chirping. Great outdoor area with a lovely deck. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Waiheke island!

We had a fabulous weekend at this gorgeous get away. Two lovely houses and an overall wonderful vibe to it. The location was gorgeous and super convenient. The team were so lovely and were there when we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed Waiheke and cannot wait to go back.
