Queens Cottage is the perfect holiday spot - a cute cottage close to Oneroa, with unparalleled views across the Hauraki Gulf.  It is an original 1950's Waiheke bach which has been beautifully renovated and has a separate sleepout alongside the main cottage.        

The entrance opens into the gallery style kitchen, and from there into the open plan living & dining area.  This looks out across the bay & opens onto the deck at the front.  There is sky TV and a wood burner, so it is a great spot in winter or summer alike.  The master bedroom is off the living area, again with views across the bay, and the  bathroom is off the other side of the living area.  Note there is no door between the living room & the bedroom.

The sleepout is just across the lawn, and has 2 single beds, a separate WC and basin.  This sleepout is perfect for older kids, grand-parents or another couple and boasts the same stunning views.

Queens Cottage is ideally located only a short walk to Oneroa village (approx. 15 mins) with its numerous shops and restaurants. A walkway across the road leads to the coastal path, along which you can get to Little Oneroa beach, a lovely beach for families, but also there you will find great fish & chips, coffee & the Dragonfired food truck.

Each stay incurs a $150 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Great Location, only a short walk down the hill to Little Oneroa. Not particularly suitable for a young family as the single beds are in a separate sleepout.. however would be perfect for adults. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Oneroa from the veranda. Hosts were responsive throughout.

Great location and view. 20min walk into the village to restaurants . At low tide can walk along the beach front which is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay , It’s basic and relaxed and our teenagers loved having their own space across the garden. Steep driveway for those walking or using public bus (which comes pass at the end of the road). Loved the fire place for a cold wet evening to warm the entire house. Would recommend this property.

Lovely property, very clean and well appointed. Super close to Little Oneroa beach which is just beautiful and very safe to swim in. Lovely relaxing proper to stay at. Very sad our stay ended and we had to leave but we are already planning next to come back next year.

The view from the balcony is stunning both in the morning and evening ( over a coffee or a glass of wine!), and the property's close proximity to Oneroa Beach/Oneroa town mean that some of Waiheke Island's best amenities and locations are all accessible by foot.
