Feather's Nest, Oneroa

Feather's Nest Oneroa is a stunning holiday house that won the 2021 Auckland Architecture Awards. Surrounded by lush bush, this beautifully crafted home offers a serene escape with a deck that seamlessly connects the living room and dining area to the natural surroundings, allowing for all-day sunshine.

The house is thoughtfully designed with three bedrooms—on the first level there is a bedroom with an ensuite, and the kitchen and living area, and then there is a lower level with external access to another two bedrooms and separate bathroom. For cozy evenings, there's an indoor fireplace, and the deck features a hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

Located just 6 minutes by car from Oneroa Bay and Woolworths supermarket, and only 9 minutes from Matiatia Ferry. 

Hekerua beach is just 500 meters away, or a relaxing 4-minute walk down Te Aroha Avenue, a scenic, leafy pathway accessible from the bottom of the property. Hekerua Bay offers a beautiful and safe spot for swimming and picnicking—a peaceful alternative to the bustling northern beaches of Waiheke. Feathers Nest combines luxury with convenience, making it an ideal retreat.

There are external stairs to the lower level bedrooms & bathroom.

Note: You need to park on the street and go down a pathway with stairs before you arrive at the house.  

Not suitable for people for people with limited mobility or family with toddler.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings.  Families & mature groups only.

Each stay incurs a $180 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
